AGORA provided site selection services for the US Army Corp of Engineers (USACE), Professional Development Support Center. AGORA conducted site selection and hotel contract negotiations for 63 training meetings to be conducted across the country in 18 different cities for the last four years.
AGORA prepared RFP's for each of the training events and sent them to eligible properties in the desired meeting locations. Upon receiving an average of 10 proposals for each training event, AGORA assisted the Program Manager in determining the best value for the government. AGORA organized and screened over 630 hotel proposals for the USACE. Each meeting package was organized by meeting, city/state, date and the order of best value. Upon selection of the meeting site location, AGORA conducted hotel meeting negotiations for the USACE.
It is estimated that AGORA saved the USACE a minimum of 315 hours of labor on this effort.
