Its main objective is to drive organizations to develop much more of their full potential. It aims to acknowledge, at a deep level, the relation between the wellbeing of the organization and the wellbeing of the individual, and to learn how to enhance both. It involves the application of specific methodologies which allow calibrating and balancing human energy dynamics at both collective and individual levels within organizations.

Corporations and organizations in general are facing internal and external challenges in these times of rapid and profound change. The purpose of the LatticeLogic™ for Organizations work is to fuel their aggregate human capacity to its next level of expression, manifesting more of their potential. Just as the EMF Balancing Technique® helps individuals, so can this work help organizations reach further in their purposes and with greater joy.

Course of Implementation of the Triple A System (Aprendizaje Autogestionado Asistido)

Course directed to professors in the area of Self-Management Learning, in order to orienting them in the advance and better application and performance of this new teaching method: "Learn to learn", by means of the implementation of multiple techniques fully verified which permits to interact since the virtual world, helping as much the student as to the facilitator or professor to have a greater control in diverse environments of life.

The course was given at the Universidad Experimental de las Fuerzas Armadas (UNEFA - Venezuela).

Theoretical-Practical Workshop: Energy and Communication... The Language of this Century

Dictated in the Rafael Rangel University in Maracaibo, Venezuela. It was directed to every public, and including the participation of numerous doctors and professionals dedicated to the health area. The workshop covered themes as: the Energy like Common Principle, Awaking to the Energy Anatomy, Learning How to Communicate through Energy Communication, Co-Creating my reality, permitting a new understanding about the form of expressing ourselves.

Directed to every public, included the assistance of more than 60 people. The course was directed to understand self-esteem as principle of the wellbeing, the communication and the form to express ourselves, knowing a little more about our conduct patterns and their influence in our life--possessing this knowledge permits re-design your life project from our inner voice, our essence.

Movie-Forum and Seminar about "The Secret" Movie

Based on the book The Secret of Rhonda Byrne, included the assistance of more than 80 people. An one-day experience , where the participants had the opportunity to interact with the facilitators upon finalizing the movie, talking about topics of general interest, among them:
